    I ordered online and received a clearly used shredder. There were still paper fragments in the shredder itself and it was all scratched up as if it had been used for months. Had to inconveniently take the shredder back to the store and there weren’t any in stock anywhere to do an even exchange. So annoying.

    Only shredded about 50 sheets of paper, at 8 pieces at a time before it began to smoke. It looked and smelled like it caught fire internally.

    Gave it away because I did not like how top heavy it was. Have to take top off to empty, easy to spill when emptying. Bad design
