This shredder is the perfect size and is unobtrusive in my work nook. It worked well and then suddenly it just stopped shredding. So now I have to figure out how to get it to work again. It’s too bad though because it used to work really well.

This was garbage straight out of the box. I would not recommend this item. It mangles the paper that get caught up in the rollers and I have to take it apart every time. I’m done and it’s going in the trash unfortunately.

It makes shredding ads and unwanted mail more quickly. However, shredding a lot at once can cause it to overheat. This is a light-weight paper shredder.

great shredder. really can shred 12 pieces of paper .easy clean out would tell anyone it's great.

Was not sure About getting this one. But yes it was affordable Easy to use Works great Better than I thought it would be. I do recommend this item

This is a good basic shredder for household use. The feeder slot prevents you from loading too many pages at once and should prevent paper jams.

The shredder is very quiet, and has handled every job with no problems. It even handles staples without a problem.

Works exactly as stated. Pretty quiet too. It has a small profile which is great for a home office.

I am thrilled with this Sentinel paper shredder! I have had larger, more expensive ones and this one gets the job done with ease. It shreds very fast and seems to have this self propelling functionality to it that I really like, meaning it almost self feeds whatever you’re trying to shred. Very happy customer and my first with this brand! No complaints.

I'm satisfied with this product. I like the added security of the crosscut rather than the paper just being cut into strips. Just keep an eye out on the paper level, you can run into issues if it get too high without noticing. And definitely invest in the lubricating sheets to make the most of it.

It worked well for a little over 1 year with only a light amount of shredding. After the warranty expired, it suddenly stopped working after shredding 4 sheets of paper. Blades seemed out of alignment and possibly defective.

I was getting so tired of getting mail with my personal information on it and not feeling comfortable throwing it away… Now I can discard with confidence knowing it’s been shredded down to nothing

Needed a shredder that works great and it’s the too expensive. This does the job and is worth the price.

Great product for the price. Perfect for shredding unwanted mail and old documents. Bought it for home use and it is great so far.

I was quite excited to be using this shredder when it began giving me issues not even 24 hrs after purchasing it. For starters, the power cord to the back of the shredder was faulty and id need to adjust the cord 1 time to many to allow power to flow through this machine. Secondly, the sensor which prompts the machine to shredd would not always work having me to position my documents in all sorts of directions to the sides ( as placing the documents straight wouldn't work the shredder) to activate the sensor. What finally did it for me, was the accumulation of paper in the blades even though i was careful to only shred 1 sheet of paper at a time - even through this is suppose to be a 12 sheet shredder. The blade cleaner does not proper clean blades as well as it should, that i constantly found myself manually having to clean blades. Not sure if i just happened to have received a faulty make of this machine, but was not willing to find out by having a replacement. I have repurchased a new shredder which im currently waiting on to be delivered.
