Got a Lemon!

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This shredder would only shred about 6 pages at a time as opposed to the 12 pages it said it would. When I tried to shred 6 pages, the shredder slowed down to a crawl. It eventually stopped working altogether. I had it for 3 weeks and ended up returning it.

It didn't crosscut @ ALL! It doesn't shred like it should. It stopped working quite a few times. I hadn't even been using it for five minutes. Sorry this one is a terrible.

After a few usage the shredder stopped working

Saddened by such an awful experience

Constantly getting stuck and finally it stopped working at all in a couple of weeks. You only have 15 days to return this item. Because I am beyond that I have to pay to ship a defected product to the manufacturer because Best Buy wouldn't accept it. Depending on how much it will cost to ship this heavy item, I may just have to toss it. Buyer please be aware of this horrible products and possible circumstances that surrounds it if you wait more than 15 days to try and return it.
