Very Good Shredder

All Of My Past Experiences Have Been With Fellowes Shredders And I Was At First Looking At Buying A 16 Page Fellowes Shredder. But This 18 Page Sentinel Shredder Was Available At A Very Reasonable Sale Price. It Does Everything That I Want It To Do And What I Need.

I am not very pleased with this shredder.

Poor quality

Stopped working like other reviewers

I've been trying to get it to work again and nothing is helping. I had to purchase a new shredder. I don't shred too much to make this just stop working. Not very happy at all.

Did NOT work!

DON'T BUY IT!

Now that I've read the reviews I know it's not worth contacting the manufacturer to return it which would cost almost $100! Don't buy this thing because you'll just be wasting your money!

Just Stopped Working

I call the manufacturer as it has a one year warranty and they said no problem just send it back. The thing is we had to pay shipping. Turns out shipping from NY to CA is $96. We paid 169 for the shredder and now another 96 to return it. I think not. I called best buy and of course they would not help. The machine was hardly used and we followed all the instructions including the lubrication sheets. It's a piece if garbage so don't even think of wasting your money
