This is better than Shaq Fu on the Sega Genesis. That's a good thing. It's an entirely different genre, however, as this is a beat 'em up in the vein of Streets of Rage whereas Shaq Fu on the Sega Genesis was a fighting game. This game isn't perfect, it's not the prettiest, it's got some framerate issues, the load times can be excruciatingly long, but it's still a fun game. I'd recommend it if you enjoy the genre, just expect some flaws.

Love this game especially for just $5 brings back memories from the original on SNES

I mostly bought this because I vaguely remember it from teenage years. What I didn’t remember was all of the adult jokes. Maybe they were new additions, but I’m glad they are included because it makes the game more enjoyable to laugh at and makes you pay attention. There is also another version within the game that is based on former President Barack Obama. It alone is worth the price you’ll pay.

Shaq-Fu a Legend reborn is a generic beat-em up that hopes to capitalize on the nostalgia you once remembered. It succeeds for maybe 30 minutes but then quickly gets dull as the variety of enemies is lacking and mashing buttons gets you through. To be fair, that can be said for most beat-em ups as it isn't the most technical genre. For the price, you cant go wrong and it is worth a session to relive that nostalgia you might have remembered from snes. Just dont expect much else.

Combo punch your way thru the realms Of enemies. Pass each stage and find your power within. For 15 bucks, this game was worth the buy. I’d highly recommend.

I really enjoy the visuals and game play in this game. If you are a fan of BeatumUps and arcade games this is a great addition to your collection!

Shaq Fu is a fun beat em up style game. I think this game gets a bad rap because of its older counterpart. Had a lot of fun and great for a budget title.

game was much better than the original..great for the price and shaq is good...buy for the price and you be happy.....for the price its a must own game..

If you've played the SNES version of this game, it brings back memories in a good way. I wouldn't pay full price for this game though.

This is my favorite game! Shaq has a combo you can do to have a big foot, shoe beat your opponent. The game has bosses and is very comical too. There’s a story and the gameplay is unmatched. The game play flows and when you do the shaq fu attack with the shoe you just get a rush. It’s just a great game to play. You pick up icy hots that restore your energy and it’s just a really cool game to have on the go.

The reason i bought the game was mostly for nostalgia purposes (and it was cheap). Game is worth what i paid but keep expectations in check.

I think this game was made for those of us that grew up on Shaq Fu on the Genesis and Support. It does get extremely repetitive, but I'll play it in short bursts so it's not too bad. Bonus for the Barack Obama DLC that's included with the physical copy. Not sure if it was finally made available to digital owners, but was a nice bonus!

Got this as a gag gift for a friend based on the original being one of the worst games ever made. Joke's on me as this one's actually pretty good!

I bought this not expecting much out of it but in the end i really liked it. The story was entertaining and the beat em up style kept me engaged.

This game was fun for my nephew. He found it a little challenging at first but eventually got the hang of it and he is only 6.

Fun game for teens or older because of the cursing and partial nudity. Better than the original and a fun beat em up game.
