This so far is my 3rd shark vacuum. I just love the shark. I got the insurance through Best Buy and upgraded the last one to the duo. Now I’m going to purchase the rocket duo because the vacuum is now too heavy for my bad back. But still use the upright duo and it works just as well as when it was new. Only thing I had to do was get filters.

We had used a Dyson vacuum for years but the first time we used this Shark it looked like our area rugs had been shampooed. This thing really sucks up dirt and dog hair. The motor and tank can be removed for portable cleaning of high places with the hose, whereas the hose was barely usable on the Dyson. The brush roller is very easy to remove. Tank is very easy to empty. The headlight is bright.

Vacuum picks up nicely on carpet or wood floors. Only negative I have found is the weight.

Money well spent love the attachments that come with it and how easy it is to use

It should be made lighter, maybe smaller overall. A caddy for the accessories would also be nice.

I will start off with the one real negative I have for this vacuum and that is, it is heavy. It is a workout to use this Shark that is for sure. Weight aside, it is great! This is the quietest Shark vacuum I have owned, it doesn't have that high pitched whine a lot of vacuums have to them. It cleans wonderfully, strong suction and has some great attachment tools included. This Shark is the most versatile vacuum I have ever had the pleasure of owning. It goes from a traditional vacuum to a canister vacuum with ease! You can vacuum the house and the car with one vacuum, I no longer need to lug the bulky shop vac out to clean the interior of my car. This is by far my favorite vacuum I have ever used or owned. I enjoy using it!

Love it. Does a great job and I like it better than my 4 previous dyson's

Wanted something that would pull up the carpet in our heavy traffic areas, this did the job and even more. Easy to use, light weight. Definitely worth the money.

Vacuum works great. Powerful, easy to move around, easy to clean.

I ordered this online as I cannot find it in stores. Best lightweight vacuum. Bought one for me, our daughter and my mom has one too. We all love it. It has great suction power. Maneuvers easily. Be sure to clean the rotating elements. They can get filled with hair.

This vacuum is amazing! It is quite expensive so you need to be gentle when using it. Also, make sure to frequently clean the brush. This vacuum is easily taken apart to remove any clogs or retrieve any item that is accidently sucked up.

This is by far the best vacuum I have ever owned or operated. I am a clean freak and this product surely accommodate that. I have owned a Dyson in the past, and did not have the best experience. This particular shark is simply amazing. It was one of the more pricing models, but worth every penny.

I had a Dyson for several years until the warranty ran out and it just didn't do its job anymore. I decided to go with a Shark - I had friends that told me they bought one and liked it better than the Dyson and the Shark goes under my beds etc. Love it.

After a lot of research, we decided to make this purchase. Works very well and is light and agile.

Bought a new / filthy / home and this thing has been invaluable. Costs a lot more than the heavily promoted models, and I don't know the difference vs. for example the Costco model, but I haven't regretted it for a second. The suction, filtration and accessories are all great!

We have owned this vacuum for several months, and it is hands down the most versatile, user friendly, and powerful vaccum we have ever owned. We were hesitant to spend so much for a vaccum, but it has been worth every single penny. Highly Recommended.
