Works well. Would recommend buying extra mop pads as they can get dirty fairly quickly. Heats up and is ready to steam quickly. Just flip the mop to use the other side of the mop pad. Use distilled water to prolong the life of the mop as well as proper care after use, such as letting it cool and draining the water.

I ordered this product twice. The first time it came, it was missing a piece & had already been opened. We had to send it back as it was un-useable. Best Buy sent us another one, and the 2nd one was broken. The handle was completely bent making it look bad and also not useable. So I had to take that back to the store AGAIN, and i bought a bissel. SO glad I don't have the broken Shark & got the Bissell instead.

I will always have one of these! Mopping gas never been so easy. Very lightweight. My house smells great and it disinfects as well. Both of my daughters and my sister got one after i told them about it!

The Shark is definitely easy to assemble, handle and use. It’s light weight and gets the floors clean. I experience a little spillage when filling it, but I’m glad the measuring cup and a replacement pad are included. I rinse the pad when I’m finished and let it dry in the laundry room until I’m ready to use it again.

At first it did not want to move over the floor, but once the entire pad was wet it worked like a charm. I don't like conventional mops, so I would wash my first floor hard wood floors on my hands and knees. This works much better and much faster. I still think I will do a Murphy's oil soap about twice a year, but this makes a weekly mop quick and easy. I can mop twice on each side of the pad before I need to throw it in the wash.

My original Shark Steam mop finally quit after 10 years which I believe is my fault since I used tap water for half that time. Distilled water is the best. I researched all steam mop products and decided to buy another Shark. The upgrades are excellent - more sturdy body, new steam production system, excellent mop cloths. My old triangle mop attachment fit perfectly into the new Shark, which only offers the rectangle in the model I purchased so this increased its value for me.

Just bought a very large new home which had been neglected for 15 yrs. in the cleaning department. Extensive tile flooring throughout the kitchen/hall/laundry rm and powder rm. I wasn't expecting miracles with the Shark Steam Pocket Mop, as I knew I'd have to eventually get on my hands and knees and scrub the floor manually to get up all the dirt, grease and grime, but in the interim, while contractors were in and out replacing flooring I wanted at least to get the surface dirt off so it wouldn't be tracked around the home. I must have gone through 4-5 mop heads cleaning just the hall and powder room floors. They were FILTHY. The Shark Steam Mop was easy to maneuver and it got a good steam going. I was surprised how little water it used to produce so much steam! I had planned on using 3 gallons of distilled water and I only needed about 1.5 qts. After I went through all the mop heads I had, I went and washed them out in the sink with soapy water. I found they cleaned easily and worked just fine damp/wrung out. I might even do that again using a dish soap solution to rinse them in before placing on the mop head holder. It just made them that much more effective at cleaning the dirty tile. I wouldn't do that for wood floors, but for deeply dirty tile floors it worked really well. My ONLY criticism is that its a little awkward to put the mop pockets on. The machine has to lie on the floor and it wants to rock side to side while you're struggling to get the mop head on the jiggly mop head holder. Also, the water dispenser cup was a little awkward to pour water into the reservoir. I could have used a funnel. Not a big deal, but I found myself wishing it was a little easier. Still, I love my Shark Steam Pocket Mop!

Washable pads are great. Easy chamber to fill with water. I like that it has 2 modes to choose from for cleaning. Lightweight and easy to store when not in use. My floors and I love this steam mop.

I needed to replace my old steamer-I love how this one works-does a great job at cleaning.

I bought this Shark mop as I have grandkids and wanted simple to clean up on my ceramic tile that is on all traffic floors in my house. This is light and is so easy to use with no water reside. I bought the Sharp professional and when I bought this one realized it has 2 settings and my first one had 3. Very little difference. Great mop good price!

This seems to be working great so far. It's easy to use and does a great job cleaning the floors. It beats using a regular mop. I don't like reviewing things this soon after purchasing because you never know how long things will hold up.

cleaning unit is easy too use and works very well! The two side cleaning pad is a smart creation as it provides longer use when cleaning. The ability too wash and reuse the pads is a cost saver.

This is absolutely the best steam mop I’ve ever owned. I debated and debated over weather to get a more expensive option but I’m overjoyed I picked this one. Does the job and was very affordable and I couldn’t be happier!

I am very happy to finally get a steam mop works great to tackle floors...I do a pretreat bleach n other stuff if the floors need that extra clean before I run this steam mop so far no problems and get the floor pretty clean

Very simple to use. Really cleans my floors. I have linoleum in the kitchen and tile in the bathroom and both are rasy to ckean with this device. Wish I had purchased years ago.

Absolutely love this product. We use a swiffer on an almost daily basis and we were amazed at how much dirt this still picked up the first time we used it. Super easy to use!

I bought this steam mop after our regular mop broke. I absolutely love it! It was irks beautifully and it always leaves the floor so clean it’s slippery in a good way. I feel great using it since I have a toddler running around, it sanitizes everything! Well at least 99% lol you can’t put any other soaps or cleaners in it because it can clog it up but you don’t need to. The steam works great! It’s small and easy to store. Very easy to put together. The pads are washable and it comes with two. The cable is long enough to reach several rooms without having to unplug it every time you go to in one. You can use both sides of the pad provided as it flips over or you can easily remove it and put it back on, clean side down. I absolutely love it. It’s not loud at all and it takes about 15-30 seconds for it to heat up. Also has a dust option that I’ve yet to use but it’s amazing. I definitely recommend it.

best steam mop I have ever gotten. super simple and easy to use and having the reusuable pads make it easy to clean my floors every other day. totally recommend !
