I couldn't be happier with my purchase of the Shark Navigator! My old vacuum was still working but I wanted something smaller and one that could work on bare floors too. With the old vacuum, I could do the living room floor and the dust bin wouldn't even be half full so I thought it was pretty clean. The first time I used the Shark, it filled the tank before I was finished! After using it a couple of times, the carpet smelled fresher and even felt softer than before! Small, lightweight and has a good amount of cord to get around the room and it's easy to use. I would definitely recommend this to a friend!

i would strongly recommend this upright to anyone... at 129.00 beats the hell out of my electrolux that i paid 4x as much.. the small power brush attachment works get on the carpet runners on the stairs.... easy to clean the system and no more bags to mess with...

I wrote a review back after getting this - but Best Buy wants me to write another one (they've sent an email reminder several times). So here it goes... :) Needed a new vacuum - did quite a bit of digging online for the best option for what I wanted. Read reviews for several (on BestBuy.com and a few other retail locations and comparison sites). Went into the store this morning and purchased this one. It has done a great job so far - I am very pleased with it. (I am actually kinda embarrassed at how well it has done... because I had no idea there was that much dust and such in my carpet!) I do see the points of a few reviewers about the hose being in a kinda akward position - but it's nothing that I can't live with - and not being able to put all of the attachments on the vacuum - the pet hair extension doesn't have a space to attach to the machine (though given that the attachments kept falling off my last one that isn't an issue to me). Originally I wrote this part also - "I will update this review if I find any issues - But after vacuuming two bedrooms, the hallway and part of the dining room - I am very excited about this one!" After six weeks of using, I gotta say I am impressed with how well it picks up. I have not used it to vacuum hard floors yet - but I have used the tools to get in the corners of the kitchen - and that's been great. :)

I just love this product. This is my second Shark vacuum (I had the first one for over ten years). It has some great features and it is easy to use. If it had a cord winder it would be perfect. The tools are easy to use, easy to turn on, and I like the ease of emptying the holder (no bags). It works great on carpet, wood, and tile floors. I am very happy with my purchase.

I love the suction the navigator has! Unbeatable! I like that it is light weight and easy to maneuver . The only thing I don't care for is turning corners which seems to be somewhat ackward. I really like everything else about it though!

Only had it a short time, but it's a whole lot quieter than the top rated hoover wind tunnel rewind pet bag less model we had for maybe 3 years and it seems to pickup just as much or more than the hoover. I was kind of skeptical about the narrower head at around 12" wide as oppose to the maybe 14" wide hoover, but it's actually easier to handle and get into tighter spots. Overall, it's much easier to handle than the hoover, quieter by a long shot and seems to be just as powerful, and do just as good a job, while you have to wind the cord by hand, I've been doing that since I was a kid, so I can handle that. After trying several major brands that left me wanting, a store clerk steered me to this model, which is lightweight, easy to manueuver, and a top contender in its price range. I bought the warranty, always a good idea for vaccuum cleaners. I like the fact that the brush can be easily activated when needed, and the attachments are great for my carpeted stairs.

I love this vacuum, I got it when another (different) vacuum I purchased died after just 6 weeks and I had Geek Squad Protection (I was so glad had got it) and got this as a replacement. IIt has great suction and went over the relatively new carpet and sucked up the rest of the new carpet fluff the old vacuum had not been getting after a couple of weeks of use.. It is not super noisy so our cats are not completely freaked when it goes on. The design for emptying and the actual brush part are great - I like ease and lack of dust with empyting and don't have dust all over the place like with my last 2 vasuums when I do it.

I've owned the Rotator before, but wanted something with less frills and cheaper. Though cheaper, still the same quality suction for carpet and hard floors. Surprisingly light for a vac, which is a plus.

I just love it. It's small, light weight, and portable with great suction. It does a fantastic job. A lot lighter than my Dyson and works just as well for a lot less money. Great with picking up dog hair.

This little vacuum does what it is supposed to do. It picked up the tiny little scraps that our students made and the dirt that gets tredded into the classroom. It is light weight and easy to use. I would recommend this one to anyone looking for a vacuum.

Just like any good vacuum, this one sucks up just about anything. It doesn't do too well with bigger things on bare floors, but cleans carpets and mats very well. Light weight, easy to use.

This vacuum had great reviews so I purchased it mainly for hardwood floors. It has great suction power & cleaning it is a breeze! It is not big & bulky like most vacuums. Does a great job..........

We were in the market for a new vacuum, I didn't want anything cheap that would need replacing sooner then later. I originally wanted a Dyson and decided to compare vacuums and read reviews. After my research I decided to go with a Shark as it seemed very similar but not as expensive. I've had this for a month now and absolutely love it! It picks up stuff I never thought was in my carpet, and the pet brush is great on furniture. Even removes my Beagles fur that sticks right into the couch. It's light weight and being smaller in size it fits places my last vacuum wouldn't.

I like the size of the vacuum ( easy to hide behind the door), easy to use, not heavy for the wrist and lifting, suction is also good.

This vacuum sucks!!! Very well! I wanted a dyson but didn’t want to spend $300. Shark vacuums have great ratings and this one was on sale for $120. It’s awesome and the vac tube is super long. Easy to use, easy to empty.

Pros-great suction, excellent with pet hair, lightweight, good attachments, low profile allows it to reach under counters Cons-short cord (extension cord solved this problem), smallish collection canister needs to be emptied frequently I bought this as a stopgap after our Dyson died, and I am impressed and not switching back to a Dyson. The Shark picks up pet hair exceptionally well and the upholstery tool is great on furniture and stairs. The collection canister is probably meant for 2,000 sq ft, more than that and you will be dumping the container before you finish. The price is amazing for the performance, the Shark is a great buy.

Nice and light weight. The machine gives great suction. Only draw back is the width of the front suction area. Not very wide but if you have area under the bed great to have

Bought this for my wife during the 2015 Black Friday sale. We have had a Dirt Devil for YEARS and it was getting time to replace it. I did my research on the Sharks and when I saw this one on sale at Best Buy I grabbed it!! So far we've been VERY happy with it's performance. Super quiet during operation and it picks up dirt extremely well! My wife has a large dog that she allows in our home and he has long white hair. This vacuum does an great job of picking up his hair. Very happy with our purchase!

I have a Dyson which works great but needed something less expensive for upstairs. I am very impressed with this vacuum. I would recommend this over other vacuums
