This thing is the only thing you need especially if you have hard floors

It works great and does what it needs too. I will say it is not easy to use if you have animals because their hair will just stick (yes even after you prevacuum the hair up with a normal vacuum) there’s still hair that gets around. It also leaves water on the ground once you try and pick it up to clean.

It steams like advertised but we did not feel it picked up “dirty water”. A scrubbing pad would be preferred.

It sucks. The vacuum dirty the roller , so when you mop it leaves dirty streaks that you have to mop over again. Sometimes with an old fashioned mop.
