This is my 2nd products from Shark. My previous one finally gave up on me after 12 years. This one feels like my old one. Love it!

My old shark floor steamer died after 5 yrs of regular use, I upgraded and it was worth every penny. Water tank holds more, the scrubbing feature requires less energy on my part. Was sad when the old one died, but Happier now that it did!

This steamer really does the job on my hard wood floor.

came in the box with ample pads (2) and a filler cup. Had this great sense of really clean, as you can see the steam bursting out. One pass on the floor and you can see and feel the difference.

I purchased this unit to replace a previous Shark. The previous Shark I really put it to the test, so much it gave out. I purchased another Shark to hopefully get the same or even better usage. Not disappointed at all, I recommend this steamer.

My first Shark Pro was fabulous, but after several years of constant use the Pro quit steaming. So my second one is now carrying on with the same great results with all three levels of steam in the kitchen, bathrooms and on my bamboo flooring throughout the house.

Love!! Using this makes my floors feel so clean! I use this with half water and half white vinegar.

I had a shark steam mop that quit working so I thought that I would try another one. I have used it one time since buying it and it seems to work fine. It has multiple steam levels which my first one did not have. I also like the ease of removing the mop pad. Very easy!

It is a very easy to use steamer that has a decent length cord but the reservoir is larger than most so you can use it for an entire floor without having to refill it.

It works but I thought there would be more stream. It does work but I wish it was more powerful

Only reason for 4 stars is because there is only one good spot to scrub sticky or tough spots. (Which is in the dead middle) Its hard to get into tight spaces and get the perfect spot to scrub.
