    My second item like this. The newer version is well built, works very very well. Easy to clean, steam is wrong and cleans even the dirtiest spots with ease.

    Worked well in the beginning but build up caused it to not work well after a while. No fault of it's own, I used well water instead of distilled water.

    I have had 2 Bissell and an older Shark model, but this one seems to work best and puts out a lot of steam. Time will tell on its durability though!

    doesn't produce enough steam to really scrub. The old version you had to pump to get the steam going was much better.

    I liked my previous Shark better because it released more steam. The water does last longer in this one. It works fine.

    Love this product! I primarily use it on ceramic tile and Pergo. I'd recommend following the fine print advice on using distilled water though.
