I have to say that I am thoroughly pleased with the microwave in both the ability to heat quickly and the aesthetic of the unit. It doesn't seem that you can set the microwave to custom time to heat things so the best you can do is increments of 30 seconds, 1 minute, 2 minutes, 3 minutes, 4 minutes, so on. It's not a big deal but it definitely sucks when I know certain items need 45 seconds or 1:15. But anyway, not a huge deal breaker. If there's a way to do that, I haven't figured it out or cared enough to. Microwaves are pretty straightforward so I'm guessing it can't be done.
