    Sharp products have always proven to be of good quality and reliability - this microwave is no exception. This microwave does the job to heat meals, warm up coffee, etc. Easy to use, though I have one minor complaint. Most actions are pre-pregrammed buttons based on what you want to do (cook, defrost, re-heat), so it's not easy to punch in a specific number of minutes and seconds. Not a big problem, though...just press the stop button.

    The oven performs very well when properly programmed. However, there are some major differences between operating/programming this oven and my prior Sharp oven. The operating instructions and the customer service hotline were lacking.
