Most competitor units are also made by Sharp but are more expensive. They do take some getting used to as the relatively slow open/close of the drawer means you don't pop items in and out so quickly.

Microwave was purchased to replace existing microwave and space under the counter. Microwave is working as it is suppose to to. Experience at Best Buy store was smooth and uneventful.

I couldn't see the bottom of the inside even with shoes on so this microwave drawer is perfect for me. This brand/model was recommended by several people as the controls flip out in a concealed panel for easy viewing vs being flush. Too bad it doesn't come with a little fairy to clean up my husband's messes.
