    Drawer microwaves are pricy compared to countertop or above stove models. The display does not light up except for cook time. It should light up for all cooking options

    I prefer the door to swing open as opposed to opening like a drawer. Swing door is faster to operate. Drawer type is very slow to open and close. Also, the ready alert tone goes off too frequently. Goes off every 10 or so seconds until you hit stop button or open the drawer. Very annoying. Lastly, it is hard to reach inside to clean the interior. No turntable feature either. In general, I would not recommend a drawer microwave. One positive note - it does heat/cook items quickly and evenly.
