Maybe a manufacturing issue, however after setting it up on the counter, I realize it was too big and wasn't very sleek.

This is a Huge Microwave

It is a lot easier to operate than my old one. The only downside is I can't set the beeper to go off only once. No more spilling my coffee when I go to put my big cup in this oven.
