This is the third one we have purchased for our house. For the money you can't go wrong. There was an incident with the one in our daughter's bedroom. It had failed and Best Buy sent a repair Tech out to repair it but was unable to. Best Buy replaced it under warranty no problem.

This is a good value TV. But, I can't give it more than four stars in good faith (because it is a bit slow). The image quality is good, but not great. You get what you pay for. I can only recommend this to someone who wants a good value TV (save some money). It was on sale at Best Buy.

I was prepared to purchase the 43" Sharp Roku after about a week of review. However, for $50 more I was able to upgrade to the 50" Sharp. This device was purchased to replaced a much older sharp 42" that no longer worked. Additionally, this was placed in the Man Cave. The picture is really good, and surprisingly the sound is much better than most Flat screens I have, although I have since added a soundbar to rock the house down. The roku feauture was the selling point for me, and even though it took a little bit to get used to, I really like the remote and how it functions. I have had this about 5 months and so far its still performing great.

I think reviews, in this context, are very unhelpful. If I give it 5 stars, it is as good as a $3k TV? No. But if I give it 3 stars, does that mean it is a poor value? No. Is this a great TV? No. Is this TV a great value? Absolutely, especially when you get it on sale. I got 2 of them when they were $300: one for a spare bedroom and one for my office's conference room. For a 50" Roku TV, I think it is an excellent value. The picture quality is pretty good, but not even as good my 5 year old Sony 55" LED in my bedroom, let alone the newest TVs on the market. But if you need an inexpensive TV, I think this a good start. I am pleased with my purchase.

I am a purchasing agent and I purchase a wide variety of items including many TV's. I have had quite a few because I seem to always end up making a deal on my TV after a few months, however, this one is different. I love my new Sharp, I will definitely hang on to this one for a while!

I shopped around constantly over a period of about 3 months, non-stop. Reviewed many tvs at many stores. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my decision to purchase this tv from Best Buy. Easy purchase options and pickup in store worked out great for me. definitely recommend.

We needed a TV to replace a failing unit in our bedroom. This is bright enough for limited gaming sessions and dim enough to fall asleep to. It has a sleep timer which increases in 30min sections. My biggest complaint would be the amount of time to start up and shut down the unit.

Everything about this TV is great -- except for the speed. From the time of pressing power on the remote to starting a Netflix show, it often takes a full two minutes or longer. The comparable experience on Netflix.com on my laptop takes 15 seconds at most, so it's not an issue of a slow internet connection in my home (and the TV is located inches from the router). Aside from the speed, the usability is great. All the typical Roku features, and the 'home' screen is customizable in beneficial ways. I know others who bought this same model and had the same experience with how long it takes to load various sections, so it doesn't seem to be an anomaly on the specific device I got.

Haven't had a chance to use it too much, but have really enjoyed when I have! The picture is great, as well as the sound quality. Everything was easy to assemble, and program.

The TV has a great picture and it’s good quality image. However , I have experienced difficulties. The tv turns off unexpectedly and then turns back on itself it has done this multiple times. Also the remote came in damaged so I had to download an app to be able to control the tv. Magically the remote started working after 2 months or purchasing it.i read multiple reviews and this has happened to other customers I didn’t get the warranty on it or the protection plan so I’m stuck with it.

I bought the 43 inch before and it was so user friendly and had such a great picture, I made sure I got the same TV when I needed a larger one for the living room. Great buy!

Hadn't personally used Roku prior to purchasing this TV... Bought it on sale for a GREAT price. Great size, picture quality, relatively easy setup, great to game/lounge with.

Sharp and Roku tv works great together, got this on July 22 and working great in Sept. it was very good deal. mostly using it for youtube and netflix. comes in great packing.

I bought this tv in sale and I couldn't be happier! I love the clarity of it and also the Roku feature. Great buy for a kids room and spare tv somewhere around the house.

It has been three months since I bought this TV for 250$. We had just replaced our existing samsung smart TV with same specs which cost almost double of this TV. This just works the same and we are not able to find much difference between both of them. Highly recommended.

We had the best time @ Best Buy...we had a salesman, Dwuane I think, that helped up with our first order on the list...you were sold out, but he stuck with us and got our 2nd choice. We were in and out in 20 minutes and felt very good about the help and the sertvice! A+++++

This is a nice tv, and my first "smart" tv. I haven't bothered to use the smart part yet, mostly watching air transmitted signals and as a computer monitor. it does seem to have a good tuner built in, i get a lot of channels with a motu leaf i also bought at best buy.

This tv replaced a 10 year old plasma monitor. Tuner works great with just the cable out of the wall and no box. Roku app is quick and snappy to use. The lack of number buttons on the remote is not a serious issue because you can set favorite channels to scroll thru

This TV has a nice clear picture for a 1080p television. The most important thing is the roku apps. This is perfect for someone who doesn't care about pixel count and needs access to online video content easily.

It was a gift to my daughter. The first one came with a cracked screen. Best Buy immediately sent a replacement and this one is great. My only complaint is that the broken one is still in her apartment because there was no follow through on picking it up.
