Love it. Crisp, clear picture. One problem I did have was with the problem but I’m not sure if it was the television or the cable provider

I purchased this television online and it did not power on correctly. I had to call support a couple of times and had a service technician come out before finally having to drive down to Best Buy myself and exchange it for a new one. The second one works great and the service technician was very helpful calling ahead to the store so they would have the replacement waiting on me when I arrived. Although I felt like I should have been sent a new television after the first call since the television was faulty when unpacked, I am satisfied with the end result. The television really does work great.

Good tv, great picture and pretty decent sound. Would give more review on sound but installed a sound bar at the same time so not too concerned with TV speakers.

It was a good, size with built in roku, which has alot of the services we use and more that weve never heard of. So far works good, remote is small, but not tiny.

I bought this new 50" sharp Roku TV from store. It was open box. Delivery was possible only after a week so I picked it myself from the store. After installing the TV and hooking it to power, I realized it doesn't work. I called up the customer service, who gave me weird explanations and finally said I can go to store and return it or wait for return label to be shipped. Because I needed TV urgently and can't pick this big TV myself, I ended up going to store with Remote. They changed the batteries of the remote and TV was working. My take away from scenario is 1. Always customer will be blamed first irrespective 2. Geek Squad is not testing things properly as boosted by Best Buy about their skills and awesome work they do. 3. Customer has to find a solution by himself / herself. 4. Open box items are returned items and not display items. When I was sold this TV in the store, I was told (I think I heard) it was display item and when I complained about it not working, I heard they saying Open Box being returned item. Big difference in two. Next time you buy from Best Buy specially Open Box items, make sure you are extra careful.

Amazing tv for the price! Picture quality is off the charts! If you're in the market for an affordable smart tv, without sacrificing quality, I recommend this one!

My first flat screen TV. Love the picture quality! Cut the cord and do not miss cable at all. Only downfall is difficult access to ports once mounted on the wall.

This TV looked so promising until I actually set up the TV. All the pre installed aps are NOT free to use, the Roku is bare bones! The remote itself has a "Spotify" specific button, YET when you install the app it says that Spotify is not even available! Total misleading and straight up false advertising. There is no browser, all the Movie aps are trail based and the remote itself is very cheap quality. TV quality is fine...HOWEVER, you get exactly what you paid for...A basic low end "Smart TV" with really nothing except Netflix and YouTube for $400. Very disappointed.

I love my TV! It has great picture quality and sound. The extra features are nice and I like that it doesn't glare. The only drawback is the slow startup.

Great Choice the Picture Quality, Is Awesome and it sound is Very Nice once I connected my Bose Receiver . This Smart TV I would recommend it to a friend .

Wife chose this tv as her mother's day present, and I must say she made the right choice! Great colors and clarity and sound. We love watching our shows on it!

This TV was a great value for a 50 inch screen. I love that the Roku features are included without needing a separate box. Great picture, lots of inputs .

easy set up only took a few minutes for this 60 year old to do. picture was perfectly clear and volumn works great.remote is kinda small but i'm getting use to it.

I got two tv same time. This one is In my living room and the size is great. I have a 16x20 room and wasn't sure what size tv to get. The roku tv is just like a normal tv. There is only one thing I would change and that is the power on cycle. U power it on then you have to arrow over to what u what to do. My other tv is a 4K not sure I like it because it is to life like but the remote has all my options on it so I power on the tv and it goes to the last function used hen I hit the option on the remote I want to use. I usually use the same function Netflix so I don't need to choose other options.

Right from the box he picture was crisp and clear, and the WiFi was easy to set up. I use this only via WiFi (no cable or satellite box) and it is great.

$280 for an LED HD 50" TV - was for our bedroom. Good crisp picture. Don't care about the Roku and other features so can't comment there. But sure fits our needs.

One of my mom tv shows was cancelled and the only way to watch it is through a smart tv so I got it for her for Christmas. I know she will be very happy.

Great picture very easy to setup and configure. I configured it on power on to go to HDMI 1 rather than the menu. The Roku system works very well. The only reason I didn't rate it as excellent was a burning smell for the first month or so. The TV was not hot and works fine I think it's just residue from manufacturing, looks like it's a known issue with a lot of televisions, and it dissipates slowly

I absolutely love this tv. This tv can operate cable. It is a roku tv. You can get Netflix, Hulu, stream your own videos; just about anything. Great picture.

We love the tv and use only the apps for viewing .. easy to use and no problems finding stuff to watch via the apps. I like that it is very user friendly
