    Beautiful Picture!!

    The Tv was very easy to set up and looks great even when its not on. Xbox one and Blu rays look amazing especially in THX picture mode. Very sturdy stand and easy hook up. The picture was very crisp and clear. The screen finish dulls down any bright lights in the room. Excited to buy a 3D blu ray player and test out some blu rays. The 3D already looks great when I've upconverted. Very happy and for the price this is about the best TV money can buy.

    A waste of $ - hazy picture - worst service ever!!

    We purchased this with hope that a 4k "wanna be" that looked good in store would meet our needs for a reasonable price that can display near 4k quality. Don't waste your money on this tv as it is a knock off that tries to display 4k. The picture quality was terrible as always had a hazy blurred picture. Tried Netflix to test out 4k but Netflix and any service just recognizes this as a 1080 HD TV. We took back and purchased a LG 65UF8500 and it is amazing. NOTE: Best buy delivery and customer service comments We had best buy deliver and setup the Sharp TV. We assumed they knew what they were doing to set it up. During return we were told they can't take it back since two small screws were missing. We were guilty until proven innocent immediately at the best buy arlington (pleasant ridge) store. They set it up and missed or did not use the screws in the first place! We even noticed that box was opened when it was brought it our home. We told manager that and she said box should have been sealed as it was brought inside. However, still no return due to two 50 cent missing screws!!!! Lessons learned is NEVER accept a TV from best buy if it was opened and check everything on the manual before you let the delivery service leave. I engaged the salesman at store and told him the issue. We purchased the LG model 45 minutes before and took it home to box up and return this Sharp model. After 1.5 hours and had salesman and store manager we were issued a refund. The girl at register insisted it can't be returned with missing screws still. The manager finally told her it was ok to return it. The absolute worst customer experience ever and obviously very poorly trained customer service employee! Buyer beware of Arlington best buy return policy!!!!

    A 70" Dissapointment

    This TV is massive and heavy, I know this because the day after I bought it I was trying to get it put in the back of my SUV to return it. There were bright blotches on the screen especially around the edges of light, almost as if you were shining a flashlight on the screen. Reading on the internet this is a common thing with this tv apparently. Sharp customer care is not very helpful with matters either. This TV is supposed to control your cable box and use a guide on the tv as to what is playing. It says on Sharp's own internet setup videos page to call Sharp and ask for the IR blaster cable. I called and they had no idea what I was talking about, talked to several people, they then transfered me to a local repair shop to ask them, what help would that be. I emailed them and no answer. Several days later they finally emailed back saying to call them so they could talk to me and find out what I needed. I told them to never mind I returned it and bought a Sony 4K TV instead. I couldn't recommend this TV to anyone, unless you want a headache and a sub par experience.

    2 lemons in a row

    I bought this model after I returned the 70TQ15U that had a bad input. Never thought I would get 2 defective TV's in a row but I did. This model had a "bent picture", some really bad clouding and 2 really bad dark spots on the side of the panel. I really wanted to like this tv but with 2 lemon TV's and not to mention a sharp sound bar that had to be returned because of "buzzing" I am done with Sharp for good. It seems they have a real problem with quality control.

    Best TV out there!

    This TV is AMAZING! I also had a Sharp Q, and you can really tell the difference with this new model and the additional 10 Million subpixels. Simply put, this TV has the best picture I have seen without going all the way to a 4K TV.

    Great picture for a TV this large. Replaced a samsung 60 inch 8000 series and have not been disappointed. 1080P video looks amazing on this tv even at close distances. I would reccomend this tv for someone looking for a high quality 70 TV.

    The TV was ordered at Best Buy and ready for pick-up in just a few days ... unfortunately it was bad right out of the box and I'll be unable to use it for the first 3 weeks that I've owned it. Great picture, but it constantly shuts itself off and reboots. It's been scheduled 3 different times for the Geek Squad to come out and fix it, but unfortunately the required part keeps getting delayed. Great picture when you can watch it, but unfortunately is a $3000 piece of blank art hanging on my wall most of the time. The price for all the features is great, but the fact that you're left waiting for weeks to use those features is a shame.
