I have had this TV for about 4 weeks now. It replaced my Samsung DLP television that I purchased about 10 years ago. I loved that DLP television, and replaced the bulb in it 3 times. But the picture was only 1080i and finally the board went out. I had been searching for TV replacement long before my old one went out, so I was ready. I bought the Sharp 70" because it was a great value and had an excellent picture, plus it had a large screen. I am very pleased with the picture. It is fantastic, bright, and I don't know that I have ever seen better. It connected to the internet right away, and was very easy to set up. I use the speakers sometimes when watching Netflix using the app on the TV. Love the connectivity from the television because it seems to stream better than my xBox. Not so much dropped content when using th app on the TV. The sound is OK from the TV, but just purchased an optical cable to run to my receiver, so I can have good sound when using the TV apps. The TV is excellent, but I have one problem. Motion shots. I see a stutter once in a while. Sharp has a "Film Mode" that helps, but then the picture looks like it is a soap opera. I don't really like that, but often have to leave the film mode on to help with motion jitter, to smooth out the fast scenes. I decided to keep this sharp because I couldn't find a 70" Plasma. I would have replaced it if I could have found one. Simply because I like good smooth motion. All in all it is a great TV, and the price was right. The 3D is kind of cool, but I don't use it that much. Blue Ray looks fantastic on the TV, and it looks great in the living room. We are enjoying it very much. Just at times wish the motion was better on it.

I upgraded my Plasma Panasonic TV (TC-P6552) for this Sharp 70” (LC-70LE755U). I was looking at the M-Series Visio or the 75” Samsung. But the Features and History of Large LED TV’s of Sharp sold me when I came across this Out-of-Box special for $1499. Got the TV home and installed it with no issues, SmartTV feature are excellent. Viewing the Sharp TV in my bright living during the day is so much better than the Plasma screen. The only thing I can say that is not so good, is the extreme side viewing, has color washout. Watching the TV from the Kitchen I have considerable washout, but the view is well outside the normal viewing parameter area but the picture is still really good, just not like in the living room when viewing outstanding picture this TV has to offer. Movies and Football viewing are outstanding, was most concerned about losing some quality here compared to my Plasma, all in all not noticeable. Then on top of it all the TV has 3D viewing. I must admit I was blown away when viewing 3D movie with this system, so much better than the movies theaters offer. The 3D is bright (3D brightness is adjustable, nice feature sharp). TV can convert 2D to 3D, that feature is alight, just not as visual stunning as a real 3D formatted movie. I was surprise in all the 3D content HBO and Cable company had to offer. So 3D viewing was what I was least interested in when buying the TV but has really turned into a nice feature once using it. Glad I found this Out-of-Box product, because I think I would have bought the Visio M-Series TV instead (based on price). Really liking my Sharp 70” TV!

Overall, after purchasing this television I ever extremely pleased. I think the part that I love the most about this television is the smart central applications that comes with the television I can watch all of my ultraviolet copy right on my TV without connecting my tablet. With my tablet there is a sharp application available on the Google Play Store but it will not be fine bye television in my wifi network. If you love Netflix this is probably the best Smart TV for you. I have never seen any other TV in 3d mode played a 3d movie but this 3d is spot on an amazing. Going from a plasma I can slightly tell the difference in song scenes with the refresh rate smaller but since it is a 240Hz and I didn't want to spend another 2500 dollars for the only available 600 refresh rate TV that is also 70 inches(these were the only 2 at Best Buy that were 70 inches). In conclusion that, if you're looking for a 70 inch TV I would buy this one!

Bought as an open box only thing that was missing was the manual which I was able to download. Great TV for the price I paid for. First Sharp in a long time. Easy set up. 3D looks awesome. Connected to a PS4, and a Yamaha receiver. Love to watch all my sports at with 240 hz sports events and action movies are great to watch.

Bought this TV to replace a 60" Sharp. Didn't think it would have as crisp a picture as the 60"; but was I ever surprised. The colors are bright. The 3D is great. Just wish the glasses were more comfortable. Hooking up to my wifi was a breeze.

This TV is a great one. It has a great screen size for family viewing. The features are great. The 3D makes for a pretty neat experience. We haven't used the internet connection very much yet, but will in the future I'm sure. It's nice to know it's there. The two drawbacks are the sound quality, which leaves a little to be desired. You definitely want a sound system connected to get a good experience. Without a sound system, the sound just seems off-balance. The picture quality is great, but it does take some getting used to. There is an almost too real quality to the picture that makes it seem a bit flat and lacking in definition that you get with a bit lower definition television. You almost don't get enough "shadow" in the picture. Once you get used to it, it's great.

I have had the Sharp 70 inch TV for 2 weeks now - I previously had a Panasonic 65 inch plasma that was very nice. The plasma however put off a lot of heat. The LED TV does not put off much heat - so this new Sharp 70 inch TV is a plus for that. In addition, the sound on the Sharp TV's speakers is better - though I also have the Sharp connected to a 7.1 channel surround sound system. Picture quality on the Sharp is excellent and sports programs really pop! The factory settings are good but require some tweaking to get the color and brightness balance where you are happy with them. Overall, this is an excellent TV in the 1080p class of televisions.

Got the 70" TV, the picture is excellent. Easy to connect to the Internet. Has ability for 3 D came with 2 sets of glasses. Would definitely buy this product again.

We were talked into an upgrade from a Visio to this Sharp and are very happy. Picture is very clear and keeps up with action sports. Does not handle too well in sunny areas, so we have to keep drapes closed when the sun is shining in the wondows. Internet and smart features are easy to access. Very pleased.

I've had large screen TV's for over 20 years. They were all rear projection which I would update with a newer model every few years. This 70 inch LED TV (which I had calibrated) has far and away the best picture I've seen. With 240hz refresh rate action is very clear with no blurs.

Very satisfied with my overall purchase. Spent about $500 more than I had intended but it is well worth the extra. The Active 3D is definitely the way to go if you want to truly enjoy your 3d in High Definition. All of the setup was extremely easy - connection to Wi-Fi was quick and simple.

This tv is a great size with an awesome picture. The colors ate awesome compared to other LEDs I have seen. Love the 3d option for movies and the smart features are useful. Only thing I don't like us Sharp does not make a wireless keyboard to make Internet exploring easier.

This tv has an awesome picture. Sharp and crisp color. It was very easy to set up and with a little help from Sharp support my Samsung DVD with surround sound sounds dynamic. The color and clarity are exceptional. Watching sports on this TV is better than being at the event.

The TV has excellent picture, was very easy to set up and install, and met my expectations for video quality. The audio quality is a little lacking, because the speakers are rear facing you have to keep it at a higher volume or purchase a sound bar.

We love this tv because it is good quality and we bought it at a good price. Colors are vibrant and clear. It has lots of features like Pandora, Hulu, Netflix, Vudu, and much more. It also plays 3D movies and comes with 2 3D glasses.

The picture and sound quality are excellent but it is a little hard to figure out the setup

My first foray into 3D. Couldn't be a better experience. Image quality is superb. On most shows even in the 2d to 3d conversion I feel like I'm holding the camera and shooting the scene. Hooked this up to my pioneer vsx-1123 and bose surround with 7.2. Playing the THX demo off my tivo has never been more pleasureable! Sharp's use of the extra yellow led seems to give the picture quality a crispness I've never seen before. While playing ps3 games, I actually felt like I was in the game ( If you sit close enough ) I did have geek squad come and install ( best choice I made with this )

Excellent picture, 3D is superb. Although its a 70 inch model it doesn't overpower the room which is not that large. Couldn't have made a better purchase.
