Much quieter than our old that stopped working. Heats evenly and quickly. We use almost all of the preset buttons too. Great price

I bought my first Sharp carousel microwave in 1982. This is my fourth one. I do like it. It cooks well. I wish the light would come on when the door is open. I got the stainless steel model. The number panel is black. It is hard to see. My last one was white. Also, I miss the minute plus, but I use the 30 sec one, I just have to hit it more. Everything cooks evenly. I'd give it 5 stars if not for that light not coming on.

I had a 2010 Sharp Carasoul microwave in white and it was great and easy to use. I got this newer model with the stainless steel look to match my other appliances. The price is much less than others and the quality is great. I like that the features are simple and intuitive. I did not want a lot of technology that just means more stuff that can break. This is perfect for my needs.

This is the perfect countertop microwave. Fits neatly on the counter, doesn’t take up too much space. Works great even heating!

The Sharp microwave has all the basic features, heats food well, and is just large enough for a few ears of corn. It has two odd quirks. First, the light doesn't turn on when you open the door. It only lights when the microwave is running. So that makes it difficult to see if your food is ready when you open the door to check it. Second, the time cook and power level options are different than on most other microwaves. I'm just starting to get the hang of it after having to microwave for about a month.

Wonderful purchase. So happy with my Sharp-Carousel 1.1 Mid-size Microwave. Upgraded with this micro-wave and have had no problems. Staff was very helpful at Best Buy in making my selection.
