Bad: A lot of smart feature and newer features are absent on this entry level model. Small foot print and it's a microwave, good basic microwave for good price when on sale.

The outside seems to get quite warm - have never had this with a microwave. Has some nice features and is easy to operate.

If you read the directions about how to enter the times, it's easy to use. I DO wish they had marked the buttons with an ink that has a higher contrast to the background!!! So far, that's my only complaint. I haven't had it long enough to know if it will begin showing wear and tear.

I would have given it 5 stars had the original one I purchased worked properly. It would shut off in the middle of cooking for an extended period of time. Sharp was quick to replace it, though, as it was under warranty. Replacement works great!

Definitely a better choice than a lot of the unknown brands of appliances that are flooding the market.

When I feel the need to remove it from my counter it fits very nicely on a shelf in my pantry. Another good buy from Best Buy, I give it 41/2 stars.
