Perfect size for the countertop, easy keypad to use, and looks nice on the counter.

The microwave has performed well. The blue light is quite bright. The controls are intuitive and the popcorn button seems to be perfectly programmed for the popcorn brand I use. Removing the thin plastic film covering the cabinet was an absolute hassle. I don't know what Sharp cannot use a better substitute.

Microwave heats food evenly and the size is perfect! Very easy to use.

Our microwave went out in the middle of us being in the stay at home phase of the virus precautions so we got this one from Best Buy. I have only used it to warm things and it does a good job for that....I can't speak on really cooking in it yet. It is attractive for the counter and I would recommend it.

I had my GE that I had protection plan on die after 6 months. They would replace like with like because the price had increased by $40 so I went with the Sharp that was priced on sale at $99.99. It is smaller and noisier but works and feels solid compared to the cheap plastic door the GE had gone to. Hopefully it last longer than 6 months.

This is the 3rd Sharp Carousel microwave I have purchased since 1997. Yes, the first two lasted that long. All of them have been excellent microwaves, this one is no exception. The only thing I wish this one had was a light that came on when the door was opened. I knew it did not have this feature when I purchased it, so it was not a surprise to me. Overall it's a great buy for the price.

I replaced a countertop GE Spacesaver with this Sharp Carousel. This one will not accommodate a 9x13 pan and does not have the ability to turn off the turntable, but has more power. It is a little deeper than my old one, but still does not take up all the counter space. Works fantastic. Nice fingerprint-free stainless that is easy to wipe clean.

Am removing microwave over stove for one on counter and this fits perfect. Was lookkng for one that would fit counter with enough wattage and this one fit the bill. Has plenty of room inside to cook anything you need. Am happy with this purchase .

Works well. Knocked off one star because I noticed that the metal finish seems to want to peel off near the button to open the door of the microwave, This microwave is brand new so you don't expect such issues. However, it is a minor cosmetic issue, and the device itself works well!
