Good size and design

Powerful and a good size. Only complaint is turntable coupling with platter is not great and frequently needs re adjusting to keep rotating.

The 2nd time is the charm.

Best Buy representative courteously accepted returned item and replaced it with same model -- my choice, BB said I could choose another microwave to replace it if I preferred. The 2nd microwave performs as it should and I am happy with my purchase.

Also as mentioned in other reviews, the light only comes on when the unite is running. With previous model the light would come on when the door was open. Otherwise a great micro wave, works as well as the old Sharp unite.

Very pleased with the feature that allows you to press 1 nuimber to begin timed cooking. It remains to be seen if it will last longer than the more expensive brands, but very pleased so far.

Really great, but it has a dark side.

Love the rounded corners and slight bevel along the outer edge of the exterior. Nice stainless steel, too...looks "Sharp" on my counter :). A lot of nice features like, press 1 and it runs for one minute, press 2 and it runs for 2 minutes etc. Now, here comes the BUT!!!! While the light is on during cooking, when you open the door to check, stir, or remove your food, the light DOES NOT come on. Boo...hiss! So, while "I would recommend this microwave to a friend," I would definitely let them know about it's dark side.

Newer version of what we have and its really nice.

I bought this (which is a much newer model than what we have) for my Mom because her microwave just stopped working. This version has more easy/quick features than the one we own and my Mom was extremely happy with microwave.
