This is our second Sharp of nearly the same size and type. We bought the second in that we were so pleased with the first! It is easy to navigate and clean. It is sturdy. It is a great product at a good price.

So far this microwave works alright a month after we purchased it. It doesn’t light up when the door is open as stated in order reviews which is a feature I am used to. The plastic plate in front where the open button is has already popped off and needed to be glued back on after just a week of use. Not so good for a $120 microwave!

This microwave is the perfect size for my household and it's very easy to use. I love that the presets go to a higher number than what I'm used to.

I owned a Sharp microwave back when that lasted for many years. When I switched to a pricier Panasonic, there were features that did not live up to my old Sharp. Everything required more button pressure than the Sharp. I owned it for less than a year before it gave out. Now I am back to the Sharp and I'm very happy. The buttons behave with less finger pressure, the door opens more easily and there are more options to choose from. It's a bit smaller than the old Panasonic but it fits my needs just fine. I hope to keep this for many years like I did my old one.

This midsized microwave surprised me. Most food instructions you read on labels have a 1100 watt oven in mind. This one is only 1000 watt, but the oven worked just as well as a more powerful microwave.

We wanted smaller microwave to save space from the very large one we had. This microwave was perfect size for counter and looks great in our kitchen.

Unit is simple and easy to use. Not quite as powerful as older units of similar size, but does the job well enough. Good value.

returned a samsung that was way too complicated and too dark to see if it was cooking...sharps are basic and easy...look as nice as samsung-cheaper and much more user friendly...

Heats things up very quickly - especially on the beverage setting. My only complaint is that it's hard to read the buttons without much backlighting.

Purchased as a replacement. Overall it is a good microwave for the money. Like the turntable. Holds fairly large plates and bowls.

Microwave works great. No need to second guess how long I need to heat food up. Best of all, it fits perfectly on our new kitchen cart leaving more counter space.

My microwave broke after 10 years. Decided to go to this one due to the same size and stainless finish. Overall it was a great buy. Modern and clean looking. Functions are great.

I love my microwave it's a perfect size my old microwave was 35 years old. I figured it was time to get a new one this was much easier to clean and is very pretty. I'm think I made a good choice.

Its powerful, works for everyday heating. Only gripe, no light when you open the door. It only lights up when microwave is running

My Sharp 1.8 microwave stopped heating up suddenly after 4 years. I researched and found that it was cheaper to buy a new one than to repair it. Comparing all the brands reviews, I found some microwaves didn't last that long, so I bought another Sharp 1.1, and got the 4 year warranty. The first one arrived dented in the front, so it was replaced by another! Service rep was great, the box was dented, so delivery not so much. It works great, glad I got the warranty with it!
