It seriously makes a bag of popcorn perfect! (it preheats the bag for about a minute then full power about a minute) ... very happy with this microwave!

Excellent Microwave!

It replaced another Sharp I had had for 25 year, so I figured I would stay with this brand. Stainless steel looks nice. Control pad takes a little getting used to but a real paper manual is included. Yea! Just one annoyance: The glass plate rotates on a very flimsy-looking "roller guide" which is too easily moved out of place. Otherwise I would have given five stars.

After searching around, we found this one in stock at a Best Buy not too far away and it was available for pick up that day. The features are nice and the popcorn setting is very useful. Tje customer service aspect was 5 stars, toothed! The purchasing process was simple, the sales associate loaded it into our car and the whole transaction took maybe 5 mins. Thanks Best Buy!
