I had an identical one that died and replaced it with same model. Realized i actually hadn't learned all the stuff i could do with the one touch express until i got this one and was reading manual. Missed out on using my old one to full potential. This one is getting used so much better.

Haven’t had any problems with it,love all the heating features. For the price we paid for it, it was worth it.
