He kept in touch by text until he arrived; and kindly brought the alliance into my front door where he put it on the hallway floor for me. Such a professional, friendly and congenial person. I have used this new unit for Defrost, Reheat, Popcorn, Beverage, and cooked vegetables. All features performed well. The unit is quiet. I wish the prints on the control panel could be of higher contrast. The light is off when the door is open but, unlike many other models, the light is bright when running.
