So far everything looks good .Only thing I didnt like is the 30day return policy because he just started using it .

This is the third microwave since sharp started manufacturing the units bought another brand for over our stove but it did not have a rotating plate. Never bothered to install it we just gave it away/ expensive learning experience...

We replaced a previous model of Sharp Carousel with this one. The size and features are perfect for us, but it stoped heating food in less than 2 weeks. Looked like it was working, but the food stayed cold. Super disappointed.
