With the 1 - 6 minute auto buttons and 30 second button it is really easy to use. There was a open box available so l got a really good deal. And the stainless steel looks really good. A lot better than the white one that l had.

nice looking and pretty easy to use, however there are too many steps to use. my previous panasonics were easier to use with less button pushing involved.

It’s a microwave. It heats my food and keeps good time. What else do you want it to do? If you’re cooking a turkey in it you are doing it wrong.

Good microwave, my only problem is seeing the printed option words, i have to turn on a light, I didn't think I needed a light on with the old one. Maybe I don't have the format memorized yet.

I’m getting used to where the new buttons are and how they work. There’s no back lighting on them so sometimes they’re hard to see and there seems to be way too many choices. I don’t really use the microwave to cook, mostly defrost and reheat beverages or leftovers. I can’t seem to get the “ Power Level “ button to work properly in accordance with the manual. For being the same 1000 W as my old Panasonic model it does not seem to be as powerful when reheating things. I’m not too happy about that and may return it if I can’t figure out how to adjust the power level.

I bought this microwave for my daughter's birthday. She wanted it for her new bar area in her basement. She said it's perfect and would have gotten the exact one I got her. I know Sharp is a good brand....have had one before.

We have purchased the Sharp microwave in the past. The glass plate does not stay on the turntable well and moves around. Not very pleased with this one.

Love this microwave. I had the same one that I replaced after 34 years! I o Lu replaced it because we couldn’t read the LCD time anymore. Free delivery from Best Buy was a plus.

I got this cause my old one was just not cutting it. So glad I decided to go with this it's great price.... and works super good food is always cooked to perfection and popcorn never burns like in other one so glad I purchased this.......

This has been a great microwave! I’m very happy with all of the functions and it seems to cook pretty fast since it is a high wattage microwave. The stainless steel finish matches my other appliances very well.

I needed a microwave with a small foot print because of the cabinet space. This unit fits perfectly, but the unit is weak

This a nice addition/replacement. I like the stainless steel and the blue are much more pleasant. It is more powerful than my last and I hope it lasts longer as well. It’s quiet and that’s always a plus.

I bought sharp to replace my old one which also sharp lasted for years and I stand behind this name my first order came damage but sharp replaced it in 3 days great customer service and quick turnaround I recommend Sharp products

I've had the microwave for a few weeks and I really like the present timers and it makes popcorn perfectly. The defrost works really well and reminds you that something is in the microwave

I bought this microwave only a little over a year ago, thinking because it was Sharp that it would last me at least several years. No. It died just yesterday. When cooking, the light on the inside was flickering while making this heinous sparking like noise and it smelled awful as soon as I opened the door. Disappointed I spent money on what I thought was a good product.

A great microwave for basic food. Needs more time for frozen vegetables than the recommended times. Would buy again if needed. Replaced a kitchen aide over the stove covenction microwave oven. Kitchen aide broke after 3 months. For a high end product kitchen aide failed big time

Not a stable microwave. Must check the plate because it was easily dislodge from the middle.

Nice looking microwave. Have had no issues with this. Only complaint would be that the touch pad does not light up. Other than that, we have been happy with this purchase.

For the price this is a great microwave. Does everything I need and is very easy tho use Had to glue a little piece of trim on the front right out of the box but no big deal.

Bought this for my 96 year old Grandma. She loves it. Makes a quick cup of hot water for her tea
