Everything was in full minutes or using a 30sec button. Most of the time I used 5 minutes or less. That was why it took me several weeks to realize that not all the buttons worked. The defrost button doesn't work, nor do numbers 7, 8, 9 or 0. So if I want to cook something for 8 minutes I have to select 6 and once the 6 minutes are up, select 2.

Posted .Hello, we apologize for the inconvenience. In order to enter seconds microwave you must first disable the express cook feature. In order to do so simply select the time cook button, after which you can input the cooking time, adjust the power level, then press start.
