Replaced previous Sharp microwave that lasted for years. Hope to get many years out of this one. So far works great.

The microwave fit perfectly in the spot we needed it and has worked really well. Good for the money.

This microwave replaced one that we have had for over 15+ years. It has the same cubic dimensions inside which is great, but the overall size is much smaller. Our old one had a rack instead of the turntable. It's nice not having to rotate your food, the turntable does it for you. The express cook buttons are very helpful too. Very happy with the purchase. Ordering on line and picking up in store was very smooth process.

This unit is plug-and-play. Has many features for all sorts of reheating and warming up food.

Worked well with warming up leftovers tonight! Also, the family had to test the popcorn function tonight since they love there microwave popcorn. There were very little unpopped kernels left at the bottom of the bag and it didn't burn! Our old Sharp microwave lasted a very long time so I didn't hesitate in getting another one with the great reviews. It's only been one night, but I don't foreseen any problems. There are some newer functions on this model, but most are the same as the old one, so life will be pretty much the same in the kitchen.

After 20 years it was time to replace the Sharp microwave. After reviewing all the current offerings I returned to the same manufacturer and model since it was so dependable and feature filled

Easy to use, quiet & perfect size for our needs. Defrosting is very even.

This was a good microwave for the low cost. It is louder than my old one, and the stainless looks great, but the on button and the door close gets fingerprints and must be cleaned daily. Next one I will get with a door handle. It heats food evenly and quickly.

I had a microwave for almost 15 years, went home one day to heat something up and it was finished. best Buy is close to me so I went to check what they had. After looking after several I chose this one. It has good features, the best for me is softening butter and cream cheese, I bake a lot and it makes it easy!

Works very well in meeting our needs. It’s a great choice to have around in our kitchen. It is used much more that our last one and it runs with less noise than anything we have used to microwave food or liquids. I would recommend this unit to anyone looking for an easy to operate unit.

My last Sharp microwave lasted more than 20 years. This newer model has a nice sleek look. The panel however is hard to see when pressing the times in. I do have it in a darker corner where I had the last one and had no trouble seeing that panel. Other than that seems to work well tho a tad louder than my last one. Still would recommend to others

BOUGHT 2 . PERFECT SIZE. EASY FUNCTIONS BEST BUY DELIVERY FAST

We were remodeling the kitchen and had a separate range hood above the stove so we needed a microwave that would fit by itself in a dedicated microwave cupboard space. This one was perfect and still plenty big enough to heat/cook everything we need it to. The brushed finish also goes very well with the other stainless steel appliances that are a different brand.

good looks and functions for a mid size microwave for the price

I had reviewed this microwave with 4 stars. But I am posting another review because after one month, the lightbulb died. Sharp said bulbs are not under warranty and that there is no way to replace bulb without paying for a technician. (I talked with the supervisor's supervisor and got no concessions). I got a replacement microwave from Best Buy (who was WONDERFULLY helpful) but the new microwave door doesn't close unless it's SLAMMED, the bottom is imbalanced (one of the feet at bottom doesn't touch the counter so rocks every time we slam the door) the glass plate doesn't fit the carousel so doesn't rotate correctly, and the sticker they placed on top doesn't remove easily. I was without a microwave for 5 days while I waited for this one. I'm not sure I can do this again. This microwave is worse than my other one. I think I should have lived with no light bulb.

I love everything about this...after years of heavy use I can always count on this to work flawlessly. I used to be lucky to get a year out of a microwave before buttons stop responding or temperatures being inconsistent but this one performs.
