I switched back to Sharp, from G.E., because I like this unit's features, styling, ergonomics, and ease of use. It has been working great, with only one minor issue; the light bulb inside the unit began flickering just a few days ago, after the door's been left open for a few minutes. I usually leave the door open for a minute of two after use to vent out the moisture before latching the door close. The bulb still works, but the flickering is annoying. Now I have to figure out how to access the bulb to replace it, hopefully without having to take the unit apart.

Bought this for my in-laws. Shipped to the. As well. Easy set up and was told simple to use. They are in their 70s and have a tough time with technology. Thumbs up from them.

After looking at some of the reviews I was a little concerned about the the controls. It is very easy to use. Buttons are easy to see. Everything does what it is suppose to.

Totally easy to purchase; in n out of B.B. in less than 20 minutes. Microwave was easy to unpack n setup. Fairly easy to operate once steps are figured out.

this unit went into a rental house, was ready to go right out of the box, head cook is very pleased with it, service and shipping were top notch.

This is a great microwave for the price and has great features. Others were too large for our counters or too small for our usage requirements.

I loved how quickly it heats the food. Also I was very happy with the size. I most definitely would recommend this microwave to friends and family.

Easy set up, good value for the $$. Not the largest, nor the hottest, but for the price, a great buy.

I replaced my old Sharp microwave with a new Sharp microwave. The old one lasted 13 years and this one looks good and has nice features.

Easy to use, love all of the settings & especially the 30 second button. Easy to clean as well & looks great on the counter.
