Heat was not accurate. You get no heat or lava. Very cheaply made. You could fill up a 5 gallon bucket with warm water and get the same satisfaction.

Had no idea about 15 day return policy, but now I know. And knowing that, I don’t believe that I’ll be purchasing anything else from Best Buy again.

HOW UNSANITARY TO BE RESELLING A USED PRODUCT LET ALONE SOMETHING LIKE A FOOT BATH!!!!! I AM SICK TO MY STOMACH FEELING SO DISGUSTED AND ITCHING ALL OVER MY LEGS !!!! If anything happens (for example any type of bacterial infection) to me I will pursue legal action!!!!!
