As close as a massage you can get at this price point. This chair massager actually does the neck & shoulders. It scans your body to adjust massager noduals , this is one of 3 different chair massagers I've owned and the BEST. The heat for me could be hotter, you won't be disappointed. Great gift idea too !

This works very well. Convenient storage. Easy to use.

Helps my sore back. Need a cushy seat as it gets an extremely deep message depending on how hard you push back into the cushion. Easy to clean cusions. The heat setting doesnt seam to do everything or its very litte bit of heat, back feels much better after anyway? So im keeping it....

I have only used this product a few times since receiving, but am enjoying it so far. It is very relaxing to get a 15 minute massage after work. The Shiatsu message is slightly uncomfortable on my lower back, so I select the option for upper back only - which feels great.

Love this product but I do have one complaint. The heating element doesn't warm up enough. Other than that it's great!

This thing has turned out to be the best Mother's Day gift in history! I got it for my wife because of ongoing back pain, and it has made her life so much easier. I was worried it may not do as good a job as the all-in-one massage chairs but, this has turned out to be just as good! The rollers move and rotate in just the same way, and it has a selector that allows you to choose what areas you want to reach or concentrate on. Plus, you can move this around the house to suit your needs. My wife looks forward to using this every day and has even fallen asleep while using it. Totally worth the money.

I purchased one for me, and I love it! it really relaxes me and I like that I can select the spot where I wanted to stay. I like it so much that I bought one for my son.

Even though it's primary for the Back and Thighs, it does provide a nice basic massage. It works great in a chair or on a yoga mat.

It was very exciting to buy, and I even gifted them to 2 people. While it chair gives an ok massage, using it often and longer than 10mins actually hurts your back. It’s good to have at home, and a fun thing for guests to try. We just don't use it as often as we thought we would.

Good solid massage action...seems sturdy and solid. Only trouble is getting it up high onto the neck/head area.

I bought this for a back massage. It is ok for the price but does not meet my expectation. It is somewhat "hard" on the back, so it does not help.

Best Buy's speedy shipping and customer service is really good, and perhaps it really depends on having the perfect chair set up for this item ( I tried 4 different options), but this wasn't the best machine massage experience I'd ever had, especially for the money. I'm a professional massage therapist and this chair pad actually made my back more sore, so I'll have to return and try something else.
