Every gamer owes it to themselves to play these two games. It is the precursor to the games we have today and an epic story to boot. I believe this is the greatest game series ever. Be patient with it and you will be rewarded!

I've waited for this game to return to consoles for a very long time. It was definitely worth the wait! Even though the game was remastered, it was fun and reminiscent of Sega's glory days. It is a game that is worth keeping in your collection.

I am so glad they released this game for Xbox One. This is my favorite video game. It's quite an experience replaying it with the impressive graphics of the Xbox One!

My review of this game is very biased. Shenmue is one of my favorite games of all time. With that being said, it's gameplay has not stood the test of time. But, I can't recommend this game enough, especially for the price.

Playing this game brings back fond memories of playing the original on Dreamcast. Not much enhancement to the graphics, but the game is much smoother and streamlined. A must play for fans of the franchise.

After all these years it’s Not HD remake but it’s still great. Still beautiful and funny as it was. The voice acting the dialogue but it’s the charm of it all. Pick this up if you never played it or not

If you played this back on dream cast, you will remember the fun many hours you put into this game. Now you get both. I hope number 3 come to the Xbox too

I've never played this series, it plays like a dreamcast game, but wow is it really impressive. I can't wait to find the time to finish this.

There is so much nostalgia in playing these games! I am so glad they were re-released for current gamers to play! Great story, so much fun to revisit. Great way to prepare for Shenmue III!

Great games, but they're in desperate need of a remaster. I really hope that comes at some point. The camera angles, etc. make it show its age.

Both games I played way back when part one was on Dreamcast and part 2 was on the original Xbox. It is every bit as good as it was back then. Worth the buy especially at the price.

If you have fond memories of playing the original Shenmue 1 and 2 on your Sega Dreamcast or Xbox, you'll be happy to know that the experience you remember looks better than ever and includes several much needed quality of life improvements.

I first played Shenmue when I had a Dreamcast back in 1999. It was amazing and ahead of it's time. This restoration is the ultimate way to play Shenmue 1 and 2

If you were a fan of the original releases of these games, this version will be a great way to experience them again.

The game brings me back to my younger self playing on Dreamcast. Game looks better but still and old game. But I loved it the first time around and this time is just as good.

I enjoyed playing the Shenmue games on my Dreamcast years ago, and now you can replay them on your XBox One, or discover them for the first time. The games run smoothly, but some parts of the game definitely show their age. Still, a fun pair of games to play.

Shenmue was my favorite game on Dreamcast and playing through it again is so nostalgic. I lived in Japan for 4 years and this game nails the environment perfectly. If you love a good story and are a lover of Japanese culture playing this game is a must!
