Having tried the Intel versions of this laptop but not being happy with the specs (4070 is left with 16GB of ram) I was excited when I saw these new AMD CPUs on offer with a configuration of 32GB of RAM and 2TB SSD alongside the RTX 4070. I found a solid deal on an open box that looked brand new. The screen is of course beautiful and the speakers are amazing. I was left disappointed almost immediately after updating everything and then installing and running my first game on here though. Unfortunately after playing an older game (Watch Dogs Legion) for about 40 minutes in performance mode the entire system froze up and was unresponsive - I had to hold the power button to get it to shut down and reboot. I couldn’t tell if it was from overheating (I had it sitting directly on a wooden desk) or if it was a bug. Either way, for the almost $2k I spent after tax this was not what I was expecting, so it went back.

Good card and its honestly a good price for its power. My only stickle is that AMD really does tend to have MANY software and driver issues. If you're willing to tweak it to your own preference and make it less annoying, go ahead, because it might just be worth it. For any people who do not like tweaking as much and want to plug and play, do NOT buy this card(or much of AMD Graphics)

Ordered this Dji mini 3 pro be ause the mini 3 my son recieved for christmas the gimble was broke. They didnt have anymore in stock so I upgraded to the pro. Everything looked good until I tried to install the propellers. They repacked then but placed the mini 3 propellar bags. The properllera are identicle the screws are not. Called best buy to tell the lady my issue. She says take it to the store to ge tit corrected. As I try and explain everything is out of stock she gives me attitude. I ask to spean with a manager. I get put on hold for 45 minutes just to be hung up on.

In terms of value, this was an excellent price for the Mini 3 Pro. The Mini 3 Pro is the only drone I am aware of that complies with Remote ID protocol and is under 250 grams with the stock battery. The Mini 2 line does not have Remote ID, and the Mini 3 and Mini 4 Pro only offer Remote ID with the heavier batteries putting the drones above 250 grams. The refurb was looked brand new. However, the controller was very slow to respond and during a firmware update (indoors in the air-conditioning, the drone overheated and shut down). This appears to be a common problem with this model and the RC controller. After this happened, I did not trust it to fly and returned it. Take your chances on this model of drone. If it works for you, then you won't be disappointed. The problem was not with Best Buy, but with DJI. Buy with the hope that this does not happen with you,

One of the best routers on the market. I live in an apartment with two thick walls and this router helps get the wireless signal to our tv and stream sling easily. The price is a bit high and would recommend waiting until this goes on sale but it is worth the cost. And which the added 10g port I plan on setting up a NAS server for music.

It’s really great. I only put 4 stars because I have to charge the keyboard separately. The other one I had, the keyboard charged when I charged my iPad. I like this one because the keyboard has a mouse. My other one I needed a wireless mouse. All in all, it’s a great product. It turns my iPad into a Mac book.

The machine itself may be good but I was under the impression that it ran like a dehumidifier such that once the inside container filled with water, it would turn off and I could empty. But it doesn’t. You have to connect it to a drain via a drain hose that does not come with it. Manufacturer states that “you don’t have to use the hose but you may need to drain it manually if humidity is too high” through I tiny drain hole at the base of the machine. Overall, there were just too many uncertainties with this machine. So I returned it.

This flash is a very versatile unit allowing you to easily pair to others using a Sony transmitter. Battery life is ok as it uses traditional batteries. Compared to larger strobes, this unit falls short in output - can be obvious but thought I would mention it. Overall a great portable option.

Pros: Charges an iPhone 16 over 3 times. LCD display lets me know exactly how much power is left. It's not too too heavy and charges pretty quickly. Overall, a very good value.

Our old one died after 3 years (just in time for the warranty to be valid). It makes ice but since it is basically making ice, melting ice, then making more ice there is a concern about sanitation and so it needs to be cleaned often. It can be buggy at times but the “good” far outweighed the “bad” as evident by the fact we immediately decided to replace it. Noise is minimal and we did not use the Bluetooth, WiFi, or sound activation. Cycled basically 24/7 for 3 years more or less.

Bought open box and it came with no charger. Returned it and ordered a new one. The smart watch is great. Love the body readiness, body/stress response and sleep score features.

Like the sound quality when while i was holding in to my ears. However when released and running they're quality went out the door, a lot of the time i was hearing more of the outside world noise than what i wanted to listen to. In guessing my ears might be larger than normal, as they were constantly moving,so bringing the fear of losing these 300.00 headphones to the front of my issues. I would not recomend theses. I dislike apple, but i will admit the beats that go around the ear and in were my favorite until they were taken over.

Nice I like it very much.but came very late .i paid for fast shifting but came very late .so i just bought ipad at the store .couldn't wait

I had some difficulty with the tuner/reception. Too weak at various entices. Returned for refund/credit! CS for BB was very cooperative!

Arrived with the box damaged and a placard stating inspected and no damage. That ended up being inaccurate. Bestbuy exchanged it without any issues.

It’s very comfortable chair and good quality. It needs better instructions regarding the included parts of the chair. And Bestbuy employees need to have more information about the products they are selling.

Great mini fridge as long as you don’t have it shipped. Had to return the one that was delivered bc it was dented on every side. We got a replacement & it looks and works great so far. Enormous hassle though.

Had one scratch on the side but everything else was great. Worked perfectly. Did return it but the return went smoothly and bought a new one instead.

I am very disappointed in the fact that I did not get my products. I did receive a refund for one of the products. However, I bought the Backbone One lightning controller on Black Friday. They tell me I cannot buy that product again for those prices. Not my fought I did not get delivery.
