The camera came with a wrong cable to connect the rear camera with the front camera. I understand it was fault of the previous customer who kept the original cable and returned with a wrong one. This is not Best Buy's fault, and they were cordial to accept the return.

We didn't even get a chance to test it as we received a returned item and were frustrated so we immediately went and returned it Best Buy. On the other hand the Vizio Elevate we got to replace it was an awesome little soundbar system for the price

Product was good but the power cord had some issues and got another to replace it, Im having a ton of trouble with the refun process.

The CD worked and sounded great, but the display would not show. Tried all of the self help things to try to get it going and had to end up returning it. I will be buying another one of the exact model to replace. Returning was a breeze though!

Very quiet. Cools down a very large room. Eco mode seems to work well based on 30 days usage. Wi-Fi enabled is a game changer. The only negative is the the side wings extend below the bottom of the until making it difficult to install. The first unit I bought was heavily damaged but Best Buy Customer Service took care of it. Just inconvenient. 2nd unit also had damage to the front find and bent frame. Needed to use it so didn’t try and return it. LG needs to improve how the pack the unit to avoid this kind of damage.

Straight out of box was very easy start up. Can’t say much as I only had it 2 days. But appears to run flawlessly so far with around 120 frame rates on wow so far.

Great laptop my sister loved it. Loved the color and the function. But there was a slight technology malfunction so I had to return it.

The card is good. But it doesn’t support my case for 4k 120hz HDR. So had to return it.

The young lady who helped me with my exchanged screen protector replacement reminded me how fabulous Best Buy use to be in 1998 to 2000. I was delighted. Best store experience at Best Buy since the year 2000 for a replacement product. I am so encouraged with possibilities. Great Service is it really coming back? I hope so. Thank you

I have had a ring doorbell for years and thought i would update it but this one I had to return. The camera at night was horrible I couldnt makeout what i was seeing. It was like there was a fog clouding the image.

This phone is just what I was looking for for Bluetooth wireless headphones. To be honest they're not that bad, but this was my first pair. So I did like the noise-canceling technologies. Also with the ambient noise. I felt like I could hear things a lot more clearly. The battery life is okay could be better

They are a good pair of earbuds , but unfortunately I got them refurbished and they were not working completely fine.

Didn't come with an instruction book, but it performs very well

Nice sound and great ANC. Had to return when the ear piece broke when attempting to change them. The rubber ear piece tore off the plastic clip. Was hoping they had fixed this issue when they delayed the initial release date.

Just very slow. If you think of any type of gaming .even at the lowest setting. It still unplayable. Return it after a week used. Not even worth getting even with $500 off sale

So far so good. First unit I received did not include shovel nor screw lid but Best Buy gave me an in store replacement.

The item i received was not flying and hence i retured the item to the store The store facility was super good and at an blink of an eye the item was returned.

It’s a really good laptop, it’s powerful and it has a very high performance, however, it lags (slows down) I had to return it and get a new one due to this, this computer slow down and needs to be updated constantly. It’s good but it’s a lot feel like a lot of work to maintain it as well, and it’s only like 3 weeks old. Considering returning it.

I think this is a really good scooter. I haven’t had any issue. I only use it to go to the gym in the morning. The gym is not far away from my apartment but it’s kind of scary to walk alone at 4:30 AM so this gets me quicker to do my workouts in the morning.
