Everything worked except until I started using the right joystick the right joystick wanna move and only moved up and down. It didn’t wanna go left or right And so I ended up returning it and I hope I can get another one that works

Computer was nice customer service was great but laptop came with broken charger and couldn’t be replaced unless whole order was returned

Love the product! Fits any case I’ve used. Only issue I’ve run across is the triggers/bumper’s springs break which makes the controller unusable. Broken two that way.

I’m giving the headphones itself five stars although I did have to return the refurbished pair due to not charging. The new pair works amazing and provides quality sound. Pairs soon as you turn it on. Easy to use and love the operation of the headphones.

Amazing and helpful! I bought an open box online and it was not what I ordered in the packaging (although the packing was correct) the store helped me return and get a new item the correct one within two days.

These night owl cameras are actually really great at a great price. I love the Bluetooth capabilities and the night vision. It's easy to set up, has an app, and it's easy to use. This set has everything you need for home surveillance.

Worst service I have ever received...this was a gift ordered for my daughters birthday! It was suppose to be a happy purchase , but because of the shipping co Best Buy uses it was a nightmare! I live in Ohio and she lives in Colordo. I purchased an Apple TV to be delivered to my daughter. She is a nurse and lives in a apt complex. The service was suppose to deliver overnight. When they arrived at her apt apparently this particularl service does not have a key service as normal delivery companies do. So when they couldnt use access into the complex they left and returned the item immediately. My daughter had to find the closest Best Buy and eventhough it was already paid for and they had it at the store she herself had to repurchase the present and I am still awaiting my debit card reimbursement to reimburse her for having to rebuy her own birthday present!!! I will not order online with delivery service from Best Buy ever again! This was the worst customer service and delivery I have ever experienced

This is the best purchase I have ever made. It has had no issues and runs smoothly. I recommend buying it only if you play digital games, not physical ones, because this model doesn’t have a disc drive.

Beautiful laptop, super solid and sturdy construction. That's where the positives end unfortunately, as soon as I loaded the graphics driver the laptop stopped working properly. On boot up and randomly during normal operation I would have a driver failure resulting in a black screen. Sometimes it would come back if I manually reset the graphics driver, but that didn't always work. I was never able to even load into a game. I have been team red since they introduced ryzen and the last 2 generations of GPU. There has always been a negative stigma about AMD having crappy drivers and unfortunately this machine reinforced that negativity.

The store helped me out greatly and turned a negative experience into a positive. I received a defective laptop from my online best buy online purchase. Online support couldn't support me so I took it in store with hopes that theyll fix the situation and they did. They help me find an alternative laptop that fit my needs and I actually save money in the process. Big thanks to the Deptford Best buy.

Very good headphones, they would be perfect if they were a little bigger on the ears, unfortunately after wearing my ears for a few hours my ears started to hurt, then the saund is perfect and it's a pity that I had to unfortunately I had to give back

The sound is generally good, they're relatively comfortable and the battery life is pretty decent. It doesn't integrate well with Sonar auto-switch (simply turning off earbuds doesn't tell Sonar to switch to backup device), so that's not great. It also can't simultaneously do bluetooth and 2.4, so one or the other. The biggest reason why I knocked off stars is that the microphone is absolutely atrocious.

This could really come in useful for any of a number of reasons. There really is no down side to it. You can put it to work & oncrease your effecirncy with many other Superior Best Buy Products

Very good sound bar with the subwoofer. Easy setup with my TV and elevated my movie watching and music listening to a whole new level. Worth the price

It’s a good sauna . It’s pretty roomy from within it for one person. I wouldn’t put on carpet either
