I am very pleased with my Shokz headset. Best Buy didn't miss a beat _ details _ about all of my requested experience. When I recieved the product it arrived short the charging goods. As always Best Buy came through. You get my unwavering 5 stars.

Works well, lets you know when you are going out of range. doesn't hurt to wear.

I actually liked this headset except it wasn’t compatible with the Shokz app and would not connect with more than one Blue-tooth connection at a time, which surprised me and a deal breaker. I returned them and went with the Jabra Engage headset, very satisfied with them.

Use three of these for when i ref soccer love them

The packaging deliviered a device in good condition and the manual gave clear direction on proper device set up and usage. Love it!!!! While not the most comfortable Shokz I’ve worn, they’re comfortable enough to wear without being aware of them.

The sound is excellent and the mic works seamlessly.

I am a long time Shokz customer. I owned the gen 1 OpenComm. The OpenComm2 is much better. The noise cancelling mic works great. Peoplevtell me they can hear me more clearly without background noise. The biggest update might be the change to standard USB-C for charging.

I bought this for calls and music however did not find it compatible for both. Music sound is spacial low. Work if you speaking all the time then it might make sense. Merely for few calls u don’t want the mic extending out

I have had the previous version but the microphone stopped working after a year or so. The new purchase is working very well so far. Heres hoping they last!

I love brand, but the ability to do multi devices at the same time is a big down for me. I have turn one of my phones off just to be able to get control of the head set. It may be a issue, but it a big deal for me.

Great headset for trucking short battery life compaired to othe head sets

As a commercial driver and all around they work out great. Stay in place and don’t block my hearing.
