To reset the Bluetooth connection on an OpenMeet (or similar) device, locate the dedicated Bluetooth reset button, usually found on the back or bottom. Press and hold this button until the LED indicator flashes, indicating initialization has begun, and then release it once the LED stops blinking to complete the reset. Big dissapointment
I bought this headset to replace my Shokz OpenComm2, but a major disappointment for me. It does not fit properly on my head, and it falls off my head. I used all the available sizes, but no luck; there is no way to stretch in. Company should rethink about the adjustment according to head-size. I think the design looks elegant, but it feels more weight on the face compared to the opncomm2. There is no huge difference between the sound quality as well as connectivity. I think if you are a user of opencomm2, then stick with it; no need to upgrade.

Super comfortable, great sound!
I absolutely love my Openmeet. The headset is super comfortable and my zoom and teams calls are crytsl clear! My old headest hurt my ears after a while - not the case with Openmeet!
