Great pair of headphones. The features work great, I can navigate my listening apps, answer and end calls. Connect to 2 phones at once. They are lightweight and the sound is pretty incredible. The battery lasts well after my 10.5 hour work shift.
I have zero complaints.

I have purchased 4 of these Shokz Bone conduction headphones 2 for me and two as gifts. The sound is great. Not having them plugged into my ear canal saves my hearing! So light and minimal size you hardly know you have them on. Unlike iPods they don’t fall out when you’re exercising!
The company now offers a USB C CHARGING PORT instead of their magnetic one. A major improvement, more secure attachment to charging cable. I previously owned another company’s bone conduction headphones they were 1/3rd the price. As my best friend has told me “ Buy cheap, buy twice!” The sound had little to no bass so it was particularly harsh. Buy Shokz!

So I went out of state and left my charging cable at home. So had to get another. Cable wasnt available so purchased the next version of my original headphones. Not 100% sure how, but these sound way better than my old ones. I am loving the sound quality of these.

Just awesome! Was hesitant about sound quality but it works great. My in ear Boise did better in quality but I only had one in my ear at a time. And of course I kept loosing the other one or the charging case. With these earphones I can hear my surroundings and the music. And my ears don’t hurt after using them for long period of time. Use the App it unlocks additional features. Battery life could be a little longer, but they charge fast.

I love these headphones. Most others fall off of my head really easily, but these stay in place. They don't hurt after wearing a long time either. My favorite benefit is being able to hear what's happening around me without it interfering with the sound quality.

Shokz Bluetooth sports headphones are truly unbelievable! I was extremely impressed by the unexpected and incredible sound quality, comfort, and running wearability. Plus, I can actually hear exterior sounds around me without losing the music I listen to as I run. I'll never go back to annoying earbud type headphones.

The battery life is excellent, the sound quality is awesome, and the buttons are intuitive. They're comfortable while doing all sorts of physical activity, even for long periods of time. I've worn them for a few weeks for 8hrs at a time at work, no battery issues, and they don't really make your ears sore. Thanks to Shokz for MAKING BONE-CONDUCTION GREAT AGAIN.

I was a bit skeptical of these to begin with as I've never had bone conducting headphones before, but I really liked the design and wanted to be able to listen to music while still being able to hear what was happening around me at work and while I run. But oh man, are these amazing! They are extremely comfortable and the sound quality is much better than I expected. Battery live is solid too!

I tried these on at a running store and was blown away with how good they sounded for being an open ear headphone. I have tried many open ear models over the years and none have been very good, especilly with bass. The last time I tried Shokz was 2018 and they were horrifically bad. But the Open Run 2 model is straight up incredible. The sound is clear and crisp with great bass. They are also super loud. Half volume or less on my Garmin Fenix 7 is plenty. The comfort is also very good. Even with a hat and glasses on, they feel great and stay in the right position. I couldnt be more pleased from a sound and comfort perspective. From a safety perspective, these are not as safe as other open ear headphones. Since most (if not all) of the sound is coming from the external speaker instead of bone conduction, it makes it substantially harder to hear external noise at the same volume. The volume has to be turned way down for them to be legitimately safe vs in-ear headphones. Safety concerns aside, these are a fantastic pair of excercise headphones, especilly for running. These are a substantial upgrade for me from the Bose Quiet Comfort.

The sound quality is very good. Excellent for the price. Easy connect. The app is simple and easy to use. I like the multipoint pairing option. I’ve owned about 6 pairs of bone conduction open ear sports headphones over the course of the past 10 years and all have been durable. They are still working and they still have long lasting battery life. The battery life on this model is amazing and they perform very well through various intense sports sessions.

Love the way these sound, and the ability to easily hear others when they talk to me without having to remove an earbud. It is almost as if there was music playing in the room and someone was speaking with you. This is hugely valuable when sharing a space with people. I also like the feeling of openness to the environment and "presence" when cycling or walking.
I was a bit concerned about buying the steel blue model even though it was on sale, as the blue looked somewhat gaudy and childish/cheap in the photos. But it looks great in real life, more subtle and appropriate for a solid piece of equipment. Very pleased.
It does sound a bit softer than other headphones I have, so I find myself setting the volume higher.
Hi Dan- Shokz here! We're glad to hear you're loving your new OpenRun Pro 2! We’re excited to share that we’ve just upgraded to the latest firmware version, and it can be updated via the Shokz app for the best experience with your OpenRun Pro 2. There is also a phone setting that may resolve the low volume issue. -On the iPhone, go to Settings > Sound & Haptics > Headphone Safety, make sure that the Reduce Loud Audio Feature is switched off as this will affect the volume of the headphone. -On an Android, go to the Bluetooth Settings on the phone, find the headphone and make sure that the Absolute Volume feature is switched on for it. These are comfortable to wear, extremely stable during exercise, and best of all I avoid the discomfort of having something in my ear for extended periods of time. Battery life is very good, app is easy to use. Don’t expect sound cancellation, but do expect awareness of your surroundings and very good sound quality.

I got these because I wanted more external ambient sound than I get from my Bose Quiet Comfort Ultra Earbuds (which I still love). The sound is pretty good, not as good as the Bose, but they are 2x the price.
I really like the open ears and the controls are easy to learn and remember. everything is either one tap, or two. I haven't used it yet but it is supposed to also connect to Siri.
4 stars because the volume is a Little on the low side for me (age 66, D*mn that Rock 'n Roll, the devil's music) but I can still hear it OK.
