At work, at the gym, on a walk, in the store. She told me she can hear everything, and also everything around her. She said they don’t hurt her ears, give her a headache or anything bad.

The quality is very good

I like that it wraps around my neck so, if it falls off I am able to notice as opposed to the earpiece. It has never fallen off though. You have to keep your phone close ( if I leave my phone indoors to do yard work outside the reception is poor. I need to research recommended distance/range from phone.
