We’re excited to share that we’ve just upgraded to the latest firmware version, and it can be updated via the Shokz app for the best experience with your OpenRun Pro 2. There is also a phone setting that may resolve the low volume issue. -On the iPhone, go to Settings > Sound & Haptics > Headphone Safety, make sure that the Reduce Loud Audio Feature is switched off as this will affect the volume of the headphone. -On an Android, go to the Bluetooth Settings on the phone, find the headphone and make sure that the Absolute Volume feature is switched on for it. If you decide these are not a good fit for you, we kindly ask that you reach out BestBuy's Customer Service directly to learn of their return policy. Thank you!

Got her this for Christmas and it did the teick and she loves the audio quality. She even sleeps in them sometimes. She also uses it to work from her laptop so she ditched the bulky old headsets she had.

Not sure how much I will miss the sound canceling but I just wore these all morning and they were great. Took phone calls and listened to audio book.

The sound coming out of these headphones literally feels like surround sound. It might actually be a little too good; I find myself having to pause whatever I am listening to in order to better hear my surroundings. *Sidenote I purchased these somewhere other than Best Buy since they decided to jack up the prices thanks to the tariffs. The consumer notices these changes.

Seems like is less bone conduction and more so just speakers. They have MASSIVE sound leakage even with my music turned down very low. Big difference from the last one. Highly disappointed.
