I’ve had the OpenRun by Shokz for a couple of months and really enjoy them. No more earphones dropping out of my ears and nothing sticking out of my ears. Great volume, very comfortable.
Hi there- Shokz here! We're sorry to hear you're not completely satisfied with your OpenRun. We do have a mini size available, that may be a better fit for you. Our headphones are not hearing devices; however we do have customers who use them to assist with hearing, usually by pairing the headphones to their phone and accessing a hearing aid app like Petralex, Ear Spy, Ear Trumpet, or Hear You Now. These apps use the mic on the phone to pick up surrounding sound and transmit it through the headphones. If you decide these are not a good fir for you, we kindly ask that you reach out to BestBuy Customer Service directly to learn of their return policy. Thank you!

The sound is great the hardware is terrible use three pairs in less than six months spent a lot of money in warranties not worth getting end up switching over to apple.
Which is a shame I used them in the firehouse they were perfect I could hear everybody and listen to music. Again don't get them breaks easily.

I love the technology but it still is lacking. The best way to use these is the wear earplugs in addition. Why? Well, try an easy experiment and stick a finger in your ear while using these shokz. You'll better understand why you shouldn't listen to these at remotely high volumes. Eventually, i believe, you will develop tinnitus.

I had a previous pair and lived them! This pair also seems to be pretty good but has its own specific charger. Why did shox do this!? Dumb when i had multiple chatge cords and didnt have to have a special one.

It gets the job done, but sound quality is mediocre at best. Great to use when running, cycling, or other instances when you need to have full awareness of your surroundings. Otherwise, opt for a similarly-priced set of over-the-ear headphones that are more immersive and have a far better sound.
