    Shovel Knight takes what was great about the 8-bit generation, and refines it for a modern age. The music is just like the good old chiptunes of old, and the story and gameplay are top notch comparable to games on the NES. I have only played a bit of it, but the mechanics remind me a bit of the original Ninja Gaiden, but with a slower pace like Castlevania 2: Simon's Quest. I really enjoyed both of those games, and I am enjoying this one too. So are my kids!

    There are so many "games" in this collection because of the generous developer creating free DLC. Fantastic old school vibe with a modern shine. Plays a bit like DuckTales for the NES. All content on disc.

    Shovel Knight is bar far a masterpiece. If you have nostalgia for those 8 bit NES days. This game takes all you enjoy and juices it up with a great story, loveable characters and amazing music!

    Grandsons been wanting this game for a while and finally got it for him due to the coronavirus nothing else to do he is enjoyed it very much and he gets to play with his brother with it because it's a 2 game two player game Sorry
