No where in the description on the Best Buy Website does it say that this "Desktop" Computer is a Skeleton Unit. It does not come with a Hard Drive, Memory, or an Operating System!!! When we received it, we were appalled! had to bring it back to the store and get a fully functioning tower that fit our needs.
