There are a lot of awesome 3D scenes in this movie.

Boring story, stale acting, and far to predictable. The few tense moments of attacks isn't enough to justify watching. Doesnt take long before you figure out whats going on, by then there no point to continue.

Movie was fair not what I hope for didn't have enough horror in the movie, acting wasn't that good didn't like the lead role, story could of been better but the creature's were good overall

"Silent Hill: Revelation" was ok. I thought the effects were up to par, but the story was lacking, when compared to the first film.

This movie is not one to sit down and take seriously. If you're expecting anything great in the acting or plot, then this is not for you. It is, however, a fun visual treat that definitely doesn't disappoint in that area. The creative creature designs along with the effects and 3D is nothing short of spectacular. Some of the pop-out moments may not translate as well in 2D, so keep that in mind when preparing to watch that version. The overall package is a bit underwhelming since we basically get next to nothing for extras, but for the PQ and AQ alone, this is worth it for the right price. So my bottom line is, know what you're buying and you will either be really pleased, or really disappointed.

Silent Hill: Revelation is one of those sequels that I thought would never get made. This movie has gotten a lot of terrible reviews, but I honestly like it a lot. I've played just about every game in the Silent Hill series, so it's fun watching the movie and picking out all of the game references. The acting is good for the most part, but sometimes it's downright cheesy. The thing is, a lot of the voice acting in the Silent Hill games is the same way, so I actually felt like it added to the movie. If you're a fan of the games and don't take the movie to seriously, it's very entertaining. It really feels like you're watching the games come to life.

The 3D was pretty good in this with nice depth and popouts, I just didn't like the story and couldn't wait for it to be over, If you like to watch 3D then this is worth a viewing.

I really enjoyed the first movie, and the sequel is not as good, but the 3D makes up more it. The audio/visual is superb.

I wish we would see another Silent Hill sequel, but it appears we won't. The acting leaves something to be desired, but the aesthetics make up for it. Would love another journey into this universe.

If you are a fan of 3D, this is a a good showcase. The plot is a bit convoluted but the visuals match the game well. Not a bad movie, but it could have been so much more.

The movie was good for what it was, but it would've been better without the love interest they added for Heather. I actually enjoyed most of the movie until that short fight scene at the end.

This movie scared my wife right out of the couch. It was great to watch jump out of her seat.

If not for being a fan of the Video Game and liking the 1st movie I definetly would not have rated this movie as high as average.
