Danby Products - be careful
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I advise anyone thinking about buing a Danby product to do their research. The dual temp wine cooler that I bought from them, broke just after the warranty period expired. I followed their directions on having it repaired at a local authorized Danby repair center. I was told that due to a design defect the dual wine cooler could not be fixed. The company's Customer Service Dept. was useless and would not work with me. I wrote a letter to the president of the company, and received absolutely NO RESPONSE. Please think twice before buying one of their products. It was hard earned money uselessly spent..
