Was excited for this game and it lived up to my expectations. People complained about always needing an Internet connection, but I don't mind it. Every city you play is unique, you can't find one strategy that works and implement them into every game you play. Great game, I highly recommend it.

With the right computer this game looks and plays amazing!

this is really nice game, but you still dont get that same feeling as in sim city 4

having always to be online to play, small city building area, sometime cant log into your city or it would never save on there server. Still a amazing game if you like to city build

If you are a fan of any Sims type game I would highly recommend this one to ya.

This is a great new and fresh look and game play for an old classic. I love the new build grids and achievements. I do like the co-op aspect of play if you can find a few people that you can rely on. But you don't have to play co-op if you don' t like that kind of game. But the bugs they released this game with are huge. I think we are on fix number 5 now so we may just about have the game they wanted to develop. Check out the EA forums to see what was going on prior, but like I said you wouldn't think that EA would want to release a game like this so early, I feel like I paid full price for a beta version of the game.

I had this game back when it was on floppies. This version has neat things you can place into the zones areas. It's really easy to play and the detail is extraordinary. Each Sim has a discrete name.

i bought this for my kids and they love it now my husband is playing it

Great game. Love the new features such as city specialization. It is also much easier to actually have a balance budget than Sim City 4. The only downside is the smaller map size. Makes it hard to have everything or to even create a very large city.

I love the game overall now that they "fixed" the server problems. Would still like to have more server so I could play with friends on the same server even during peak time. Gfx are great and gameplay is really good after i upgraded my computer ;)

This game is a good version of the classic SimCity series.

After getting past the server connection issues, this is the SimCity I was expecting and wanted. I can deal with needing to be online to play, but I wish I didn't have to.

There were some initial problems with their servers crashing (I still question the requirement that we be online and connected to their servers in order to play the game), however the game itself is pretty awesome and has numerous satisfying elements. I do miss some things about the previous SimCity franchise (in playing simcity 4, for example, I felt like I was literally a city planner and zoner working on a grid that gave me full control; the reboot makes me feel more like I'm the mayor stewarding various parts of my city to develop in certain ways, including responding to feedback from residents and external pressures).

This game is very good and it should be being that they have had around 10 years to work on it...lol The graphics are excellent and the game play is smooth The new toolbars are also a step up

Wish it was like Simcity 4 in speed and control and not a need to connect with internet. Based on number of updates, appears game introduction should have been delayed to iron out problems. Much slower than Simcity 4 which unforunately does not work on Windows 7 and city boundaries much smaller. .

This has provided an updated edition of SimCity, good for pass time, lots of new advancement options, graphics look great, if you played the original edition you will enjoy this...

Enjoy the game but still in the learning stage. More fun to come.
